WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because all of my products are bespoke made to orderi am unable to offer refunds or returns.
However in the unlinkely event you should have a problem with your product or it not be up to your expectations then i would be more than happy to repair or replace it for you.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
I absolutely offer gift cards. I can either organise a gift card to a specific amount for you or create a gift card for a specific and personalised product such as a journal, notebook or bag. This is a great gift idea when you know the perso your buying for would like to have a choice on the product they get or even the colour of the product.
WHY ARE THERE VARIATIONS IN MY LEATHER
Each product is hand crafted & uniquely made with fine quality leathers & complimentary materials. Each piece is unique & will Carry some colour & texture variations. This is part of its beauty. Protect with waterproof spray & nourish with cream. If your product gets wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct sunlight, heat & humidity. Avoiding exposure to oil & water, ensuring a long life.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT
I will commence only once you have ordered and paid for your item.
In some cases I may have some products already started. If it’s one of my best sellers, I may have crafted a couple in anticipation of your order.
If I happen to have a ready-made item that matches your needs, and it can be customised easily then I will dispatch within 24-48 working hours, although it may take slightly longer should the order come over the weekend .
If Its a customised item, I Irecommend allowing 3-4 weeks depending upon the complexity of the build and the customisations / options you have chosen.
If you would like a completely bespoke item, something completely new that I have never made before then, I suggest allowing between 6-8-weeks.
This allows me time to design, create the pattern, get your approval on the doing, mock it up and manufacture it.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY LEATHER
Absolutely!
It important if you want to ensure your leather products longevity you should look after it.
Keep your leather products clean and look after your leather as it is a natural material and it will age and deteriorate slightly over time.This does add to the character of the leather, but if you look after it, it will outlive you!
